What’s included in the VIP Pass?
You get 10, 15, or 20 studio hours at a discounted rate (10–20% off), full access to every set, all lighting and camera equipment, and a filmmaker/photographer included. All color grading, audio optimization, and delivery are included at no extra cost.
Can I try the studio before committing?
Yes. You can book a standard hourly session. If you decide to upgrade afterward, we convert that first session into your VIP Pass so you don’t pay anything extra.
Can I use my VIP hours for outdoor or on-location shoots?
Absolutely. We can shoot outdoors or at your location using our full kit. If we need to use our full kit we will consume an additional 1.5 hours of your plan to cover the additional labor of packing and unpacking equipment.
How fast do I receive my content?
VIP clients typically receive fully optimized content within 1–2 days, faster than the standard 3-day delivery.
Do unused hours roll over to the next month?
Yes. However VIP hours must be used within two months of purchase. This policy exists because the VIP Pass is designed to support consistent monthly content creation and maintain predictable cashflow for the studio. Allowing hours to accumulate longer than two months ultimately breaks the purpose of the pass and has led to abuse in the past. Two months provides flexibility while keeping the system fair and sustainable.
How do I book my VIP sessions?
VIP clients receive a private booking link to our calendar. You pay a one-hour deposit to secure your slot, and you can schedule sessions whenever you need within your available hours.
